Roca Llisa is a well known relatively modern gated community built in the early 70s and located in the village of Jesus, short drive to beaches of Cala Llonga, Cana Olivera and 7km away from Ibiza Town.
This urbanisation is divided in two directions of the spectacular view: south-west side sea view to Formentera Island and the other side offers an inland view to pine forest mountain side and each apartment has its own private pool. Town Hall
Roca Lisa municipality is part of Santa Eulalia town hall. You would go to Santa Eulalia Town Hall if you want to request the Referencia Catastral for the property you chose to buy as well as pay your taxes, apply for a remodelling or construction licences, pool licence or a cistern licence.
